He began his career in real estate in 2005 and quickly amassed more than 32 million dollars in sales. He's proudly a five-time recipient of Berkshire Hathaway's yearly awards, including a three-time recipient of the prestigious “Leading Edge Society” award that recognizes the top 7% of residential sales leaders across the nationwide Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. Les sets himself apart by taking pride in conducting every transaction as if it were his own.

With over 30 years of sales and operations experience in telecommunications, he is no stranger to making the deal that works for everyone. When he's not involved in a real estate transaction, Les is playing golf, riding American motorcycles, or traveling.
